Following on from our surveying services, where appropriate, we undertake the assessment of the structural capacity of a building.

This is useful in the following situations:

• where an existing building is to have a new use, requiring a greater imposed load;
• where damage has occurred to a building, affecting its load-bearing capacity;
• where alterations are required to a building, increasing the load on existing structural elements;
• where alterations have already been carried out, and the situation needs to be regularised.
